有些喇叭内部電磁線圈漆包線端子接頭是鋁金屬鉚釘壓接連接的，非牢靠焊接連接，如果端頭漆包線上的絕緣漆處理不淨或鉚釘壓接不牢靠很容易産生虛接故障，導緻喇叭工作不良。此種(zhǒng)故障是喇叭質量原因，隻能(néng)換件。

密封不嚴易受潮

雖然混凝土攪拌車喇叭内部是密閉的，但如果密封不嚴清洗混凝土攪拌車時進(jìn)入霧氣或内部空間空氣中有水蒸氣，水蒸氣很容易導緻觸點受潮無法正常工作。

如果長(cháng)時間按喇叭易造成(chéng)喇叭觸點燒蝕而産生阻抗，流過(guò)電磁線圈的電流減弱，混凝土攪拌車電磁吸力下降無法吸引銜鐵帶動膜片正常振動，導緻發(fā)音沙啞甚至不響。但不斷按喇叭時，若瞬間強電流通過(guò)阻抗依然能(néng)正常工作，所以會(huì)時好(hǎo)時壞。
If you press the horn for a long time, it is easy to cause the horn contact ablation to produce impedance, the current flowing through the electromagnetic coil is weakened, the electromagnetic suction of the concrete mixer is reduced, and the armature cannot be attracted to drive the diaphragm to vibrate normally, resulting in hoarse pronunciation or even no sound. However, when the horn is continuously pressed, if the instantaneous strong current passes through the impedance, it can still work normally, so it will be good and bad from time to time.
