1、出于人性化考慮爲了方便維修，在滾筒的圓柱段開(kāi)了一個直徑600mm的孔，可通過(guò)它進(jìn)入滾筒體的内部進(jìn)行維修作業。

6、内部布置兩(liǎng)條互爲180度對(duì)焦螺旋線設計，罐體螺旋葉片增加了直徑10mm的圓鋼耐磨條，可實現筒體與葉片的同步磨損。提高了筒體使用壽命。
6. Two 180 degree focusing helix lines are arranged inside the tank. A round steel wear-resistant strip with a diameter of 10 mm is added to the spiral blade of the tank to realize the synchronous wear of the cylinder and blade. The service life of the cylinder is improved.
7、增加了輔助攪拌闆、擴展翅，保證攪拌均勻，無離析現象。

8、罐體漆面(miàn)采用13道(dào)工序，底部防鏽環氧樹脂防腐塗層，金屬烤漆，色澤光鮮，經(jīng)久耐用。
8. The tank surface adopts 13 processes, bottom anti rust epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating, metal baking paint, bright color, durable.
